How to Add Powerplay ® to your Powerball ® Ticket!
There are more ways to win big when playing Powerball ® on Lotto.com than just hitting the jackpot! Power Play ® is an add-on that gives you a chance to multiply your non-jackpot winnings by up to 10x!
Power Play can be added to your ticket for $1 per line. Adding this feature to your Lotto.com order is easy! Once you’ve picked your lucky numbers, head to the checkout page and toggle on the Power Play option.
Power Play offers the chance to multiply your winnings by 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, or 10x! The multiplier is chosen randomly for every drawing. An additional ball is drawn with all the available multipliers and the number chosen will be the multiplier for the drawing (Note: the 10x multiplier is only available for drawings under $150 million)
There are 43 available Power Play numbers for each drawing. Of the 43, 24 numbers contain the 2x multiplier, 13 contain the 3x multiplier, 3 contain the 4x multiplier, 2 contain the 5x multiplier. For drawings under $150 million, a single 10x ball is added.
Power Play has led to some big wins on Lotto.com! In February 2024, Chelsey B. matched 4 numbers and the Powerball on her Powerball ticket that she ordered on Lotto.com in Colorado. Luckily she remembered to add Power Play onto her ticket! The multiplier for that drawing was 3x, turning her $50,000 win into $150,000!

Powerball is played by picking five numbers between 1-69 and a Powerball between 1-26. If you match all five of your numbers and the Powerball you win the jackpot! Luckily you don’t need to hit the big one to win a prize, and matching as little as one number makes you a winner!
The odds of winning any prize with a Powerball ticket are 1 in 24.87.
