Lotto.com Celebrates Responsible Gaming Month
Throughout the month of March, Lotto.com observes Problem Gambling Awareness Month (PGAM). At Lotto.com we are committed to the safety and awareness of responsible gaming not only throughout the month of March but everyday of the year. Find out below how Lotto.com is proactively participating in PGAM and ensures responsible play on our site.
What is Problem Gambling Awareness Month?
Problem Gambling Awareness Month (PGAM) is a national multi-industry effort that relies on the involvement of the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) state affiliates, organizational and individual members, state health authorities, gambling corporations, rehabilitation groups, and a variety of healthcare organizations and professionals. To raise public awareness of problem gambling and the availability of prevention, treatment, and recovery services, organizations across the country hold conferences, air public service announcements, provide counselor training, host health screening days, run social media campaigns, and engage in a variety of other activities.
Our Responsible Play Program is integrated into every aspect of Lotto.com.
The Program provides a safe environment for our patrons to enjoy lottery games as a form of entertainment. It complies with all state and local laws and regulations. The Program also includes policies designed to prevent and reduce potential issues associated with online activities and offers tools and resources to encourage healthy behaviors. As a measure, Lotto.com takes the necessary steps to ensure that our players have access to responsible gaming options such as player limitations and self-exclusions.
What Are Player Limits?
On the Lotto.com platform we pride ourselves to make sure our players continue to safely use our service. To do this we have implemented player limits to our platform such as purchase limits and deposit limits.
Purchase limits refer to the amount of money you can spend on Lotto.com. These limits include transactions that are made from both external payments, promotional credits, and existing account balance.
Purchase limits can be set to daily, weekly, and monthly limits. Please keep in mind that the lowest limit will always take precedence. Once a purchase limit is set, it may not be increased for seven days.
