PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions apply to promotions offered by Lotto.com. For the purposes of this document, the term “Promotion” means an invitation to obtain official state lottery tickets through Lotto.com where the cost of specified ticket(s) and/or the convenience fee have been reduced or waived.   Unless explicitly specified otherwise, promotions are offered by Lotto.com and are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any other person or entity.

All promotions are subject to these Promotional Terms which supplement Lotto.com’s general Terms and Conditions (collectively, the “Terms”). It is your responsibility to ensure that you have read and understand the Terms before taking part in any promotion.

General Promotional Terms

1. Only one (1) promotion can be used per order. A promotion may not be used in combination with other promotions or discounts. 

2. Promotions are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or credit.

3. Promotions are only valid for the specified product, if any.

4. Promotions are limited to one (1) use per customer.

5. All promotions are subject to availability and any applicable limits or caps which may be established by Lotto.com. 

6. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time and without notice.

7. Void if prohibited by law or rule in a specific jurisdiction.

8. We are not liable for any loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or modification of any promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.

9. Customers must be physically present in a state in which Lotto.com operates to redeem a promotion. Lotto.com reserves the right to limit promotions to specific locations, states, and timeframes.

Promotion-Specific Terms

Discount and Free Ticket Promotions: Discount and free ticket promotions, which reduce the cost of an order by a fixed dollar value (i.e. $2 off) or a percentage value (i.e. 25% off), or gives the customer an opportunity for a free ticket (whether via an account credit, a credit at check-out, a Buy One, Get One offer, or any other method), are all subject to the following additional terms:  

• The discount code must be entered prior to completing the order.

• Service fee still applies.

• If the promotion has a minimum purchase requirement (i.e Place an order for $5), the service fees do not apply towards or otherwise reduce the minimum purchase amount.

• The free ticket for a Buy One, Get One offer must be of equal or lesser value than the ticket ordered to qualify for the offer. Lotto.com reserves the right to designate the specific ticket type that can be received pursuant to this type of promotion.

• The value of any Free Ticket promotion is equal to the value of one line of the designated game excluding any add-ons, multipliers, or other game promotions or purchases.    

Second Chance Promotions: Second Chance Promotions, which gives a customer a non-payable account credit to order tickets if their first order does not win, are subject to the following additional terms:   

• New customers only.

• First order must be for a draw game ticket. 

• Only an initial purchase of a non-winning draw game ticket is eligible for the promotion.

• Customers with a non-winning ticket will automatically receive an email to activate the offer.

• To claim the offer, you must click the “Take your Second Chance” button in the email.

• Offer must be activated within 90 days of receipt. 

• A non-payable account credit equal to the order price of the non-winning ticket will be given.

• The credit granted may only be used for Lotto.com orders.

• If the first ticket is part of a subscription, the offer is valid on the first ticket only.
