SuperEnalotto Results
SuperEnalotto results are as Italian as pasta, but whilst pasta can only fatten your waistline, SuperEnalotto results have the power to fatten your bank balance, and then some! The SuperEnalotto results themselves consist of six main numbers (from the range 1 to 90), one Jolly number and one Superstar number. Only the six main numbers need to be matched to win the jackpot, but the Jolly and Superstar numbers can come in very handy for players who win a consolation prize. Note that the Superstar number is only relevant to players who have elected to include a Superstar entry among their selections, and that anyone who matches the six main numbers plus the Superstar will win the jackpot (or share thereof if there are multiple winners) plus a €2 million SuperBonus!

Because players need to match six main numbers from the range 1 to 90 to win the top prize (a feat which involves beating odds of 1 in 622.6 million), SuperEnalotto jackpots roll over regularly, and this produces some of the biggest lottery jackpots in the world. The biggest SuperEnalotto jackpot so far was worth more than €177 million when it was won by a single player in October 2010, and there is no reason why even that record can’t be broken in the months and years ahead.

SuperEnalotto draws take place three times a week at around 8pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. This SuperEnalotto draw schedule, combined with the difficulty of winning the jackpot (as mentioned a moment ago), means that jackpots can soar in value very quickly, with a jackpot one week being worth perhaps three times as much seven days later.
SuperEnalotto Draw Information
The SuperEnalotto game has been played in Italy since 1997, and for over a decade the winning numbers were generated by taking the first number drawn in each of six regional lotto games. The first number drawn in a seventh regional lotto game (Venice) was used as the Jolly number. All of that changed in July 2009, when an independent SuperEnalotto draw was introduced. The six main numbers and the Jolly number are now drawn from a single dedicated SuperEnalotto machine, and the Superstar number is drawn from a separate dedicated machine.
Although SuperEnalotto is one of the most difficult national lotto games to win as far as the jackpot is concerned, it also offers some of the biggest jackpots of all national lotto games, and is therefore just as popular as games that are ten times easier to win.
